This Terms of Use agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (the “User” or “you”) and IBURGWALD LTD, Company Number HE 486085, incorporated on 31 December 2025, director: Christos Adamou, having its registered address at Gianni Kranidioti & Pargas, 9, Flat/Office 102, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter, the “Company” or “we”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Company provides you access to the Flamezy platform, including the Company’s websites at flamezy.io, webview.flamezy.io, app.flamezy.io, static.flamezy.io, mobile applications, software, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”).
1. General Provisions
1.1. Acceptance of the Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective and binding on the User from the moment you express your consent to its terms by one of the following methods: (a) clicking a button or checking a box indicating “I accept the Terms of Use” (or similar language) when registering or using the Platform; or (b) by otherwise accessing or using the Platform. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Platform.
1.2. Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any policies and documents expressly incorporated into it by reference (including the Company’s Privacy Policy), constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform. This Agreement supersedes any prior arrangements or agreements between you and the Company relating to the use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other terms or documents available on the Platform or in the mobile application store, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
1.3. Changes to the Agreement. The Company reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement from time to time. Such changes will become effective at the time they are posted on the Platform and/or mobile application, unless a later effective date is specified. The Company will notify Users of material changes by posting an updated version and revising the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
1.4. Capacity and Organization Use. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity (for example, your organization or employer), you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity and to bind that entity to this Agreement, and in such case “you” and “User” shall also refer to that entity.
1.5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Because the Platform may be accessible to Users worldwide, you agree to also comply with any laws applicable to you at your location when using the Platform. In the event the laws of your country of residence establish mandatory requirements that are stricter than the provisions of this Agreement, such mandatory provisions of your local law will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
1.6. Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or this Agreement, the Parties shall attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent court at the Company’s place of registration, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. You agree that any claims against the Company shall be brought by you only on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or consolidated claim proceeding.
1.7. Severability and No Waiver. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The Company’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of this Agreement in a particular instance shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, nor shall it be considered a continuing waiver of any right.
1.8. Interpretation of Terms. Terms used in this Agreement with initial capital letters (such as “Platform,” “Content,” “User,” etc.) have the meanings assigned to them in the Glossary (Appendix 1) to this Agreement, unless expressly defined otherwise in the text.
2. Age and Registration
2.1. Age Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use only by persons who are at least 13 years old, or such higher minimum age as is required by the laws of your place of residence for you to lawfully enter into this Agreement and use similar online services. If you are under 18, you further represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request proof of your age and/or the requisite parental consent if needed. Persons who have not reached the allowed minimum age must not use the Platform.
2.2. Account Registration. To access certain features of the Service, you must create a user account on the Platform. When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Platform’s registration process (for example, a valid telephone number, email address, username, etc.). You agree to maintain and promptly update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and up-to-date. If you provide information that is untrue or outdated, the Company reserves the right to suspend or delete your account. Each individual User is allowed to maintain only one account, unless explicitly approved otherwise by the Company.
2.3. Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (login and password). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or otherwise allow anyone else to access your account. It is recommended that you use a strong password and keep it secret. You agree to immediately notify the Company if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account by you or any third party. All actions taken through your login and password will be deemed to be taken by you, except in cases where you have provided prior notice to the Company of a suspected account breach and the Company had a reasonable opportunity to prevent or block such unauthorized access.
2.4. Registration Restrictions. When creating an account, you must not: (a) impersonate any other person or use another individual’s personal data without a lawful basis; or (b) select or use a username that is offensive, obscene, infringes the rights of any third party (for example, someone else’s trademark), or otherwise violates the Platform’s rules. The Company may also undertake any other actions provided by this Agreement or by law to protect its own rights and interests, as well as the rights of other Users.
4. Content and Rights
4.1. Rights to User Content. By posting any content on the Platform (including text, photographs, videos, audio, graphics, comments, or other material, collectively “User Content”), you retain any ownership rights you have in such content. At the same time, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense to third parties acting on the Company’s behalf) to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify (for example, adapt to the Platform’s format), and create derivative works from your User Content for the purposes of operating the Platform, promoting the Platform, and other purposes related to providing the services. This license will terminate with respect to a particular piece of your User Content within a reasonable time after you remove that content from the Platform, except where the retention of such content is required by law or relates to the resolution of legal claims (for example, retaining backup copies or pursuant to requests from government authorities). Please be aware that removing content from the Platform does not guarantee the immediate deletion of all copies of that content if other Users have previously saved or shared it.
4.2. Content Warranties. By posting User Content on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authorizations to do so. In particular, you warrant that: (a) you are either the sole holder of all intellectual property rights to the content, or you have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses from the rights holders to use the content on the Platform; (b) the posting of the content and its use in accordance with this Agreement does not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights, rights to an individual’s image, privacy rights, or any other rights); and (c) the content provided by you complies with all requirements of this Agreement (including Section 3 above) and with all applicable laws. You assume full responsibility for your User Content and any consequences that result from its publication. In the event that any third party brings a claim related to content you have posted (for example, an allegation of copyright or trademark infringement or another violation of rights), you agree to address such claims at your own expense and to indemnify the Company for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
4.3. Monitoring and Removal of Content. The Company has no obligation to pre-screen or actively monitor all User Content posted on the Platform. However, the Company reserves the right (but does not assume the obligation) to at any time review, screen, moderate, and/or remove any content posted by Users if the Company believes, in its sole discretion, that such content may violate this Agreement, the rights of third parties, or applicable law. The Company may also block access to disputed content or restrict its visibility as it deems appropriate or as required by law. Such measures may be taken based on the Company’s own monitoring or as a result of complaints received in accordance with the procedure described in Appendix 2 (Complaint Handling Procedure). The Company is not responsible for User Content posted by Users or for any delay in removing or blocking prohibited content, although it strives to address legitimate complaints in a timely manner.
4.4. Third-Party Content and Links. The Platform may contain content, materials, or links to websites or resources provided by third parties, including other Users (“Third-Party Content”). The Company does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Content. By clicking on external links or interacting with Third-Party Content, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The Company makes no warranties and assumes no liability for the accuracy, reliability, legality, or safety of Third-Party Content. If any advertising or third-party offers are presented on the Platform, any dealings you have with such third parties are solely between you and the third party, and the Company is not a party to or responsible for any such dealings (except as otherwise provided by law).
4.5. Company Rights and License to Use the Platform. All elements and materials that comprise the Platform (including, without limitation, software code, design, graphics, databases, AI algorithms, text, trademarks, logos, trade dress, and other intellectual property) are owned by the Company or are used by the Company under valid licenses and agreements. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other applicable intellectual property laws. The User is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and any content provided by the Company solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and strictly in accordance with this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning to you any ownership rights in any part of the Platform or in any content provided by the Company. You have no right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, decompile, or otherwise use any elements of the Platform that belong to the Company, except to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement or by applicable law. The name “Flamezy,” the Flamezy logo, and all related trade names and service marks are owned by the Company. You are not permitted to use these names or marks without the Company’s prior written consent.
5. Advertising and Funding
5.1. Free Access and Advertising. At present, the Company provides access to the Platform without charge (no fees for using the Platform’s core features). You acknowledge that advertising is a primary means by which the Platform is funded. By using the Platform, you agree to the receipt of advertising materials. The Company has the right to display commercial advertisements, announcements, sponsored content, and other promotional information on the Platform in such formats and volumes as the Company deems appropriate. Such materials may appear, among other places, within the Platform interface alongside your User Content or profile information, or between user content displays. The Company is not obligated to pay you any compensation for the display of advertisements in connection with you or your content.
5.2. Personalized Advertising and Privacy. The Company may display both general and targeted (personalized) advertisements to you based on data such as your interests, activity, or demographic characteristics. The Company will not disclose your personally identifiable information (such as your name or contact details) to advertisers except as expressly permitted by our Privacy Policy or required by law. The Company may provide advertisers with aggregated information about ad performance and audience engagement (for example, the number of impressions or clicks), which does not directly reveal your identity, unless you have separately agreed otherwise.
5.3. Advertising Identification. The Company strives to ensure that advertising and sponsored content is clearly identified as such, so that Users can distinguish advertisements from user-generated content. You acknowledge that content on the Platform may include both commercial (sponsored) and non-commercial material. If you yourself post any content that is promotional in nature or if you receive any compensation or incentives to mention products, services, or brands in your content, you are required to clearly disclose that such content is advertising (for example, by using disclosure tools provided on the Platform or in another reasonably noticeable way) in accordance with legal requirements and the Company’s policies.
5.4. Relationships with Advertisers. Any interactions or transactions between you and third party advertisers whose offerings may appear on the Platform are solely between you and such third parties. The Company assumes no responsibility for any such interactions or transactions, except as may be provided by applicable law. For further terms concerning liability for Third-Party Content and advertisements, see Section 4.4 above.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. No Warranties. The Platform, together with all services and features provided through it, is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In particular, the Company does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will operate continuously, securely, or without technical errors or defects;
(b) any information, data, or content obtained through the Platform will be accurate, complete, or meet your expectations; or (c) any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected promptly. The Company expressly disclaims any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from the Company or through the Platform, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.
6.2. Specific Notice on AI Features. You understand and acknowledge that the Platform may include features powered by artificial intelligence technologies (for example, automated content generation, personalized recommendations, data analysis, etc.). Any information, suggestions, or materials provided by such AI-driven features are generated automatically. The Company makes no guarantee as to the completeness, timeliness, accuracy, or suitability of the results produced by these AI features. Such outputs are not a substitute for professional advice in relevant fields (for instance, medical, legal, or financial advice). You are responsible for critically evaluating any information obtained from the Platform’s AI features before relying on it or making decisions. The Company will not be liable for any consequences resulting from actions or decisions you take based on information provided by the Platform’s AI algorithms.
6.3. Limitation of the Company’s Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to the User for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including any loss of profits, loss of data, damage to goodwill, honor or reputation, or any other losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, or under any theory of liability related to the Platform. In any event, the total aggregate liability of the Company for any and all claims arising from or related to this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed 100 EUR (or the equivalent amount in another currency), unless a higher amount is required to be assumed by the Company under applicable mandatory law. The above limitations shall not apply to the Company’s liability for willful misconduct or for harm to life or health caused by the Company’s negligence, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
6.4. User’s Responsibility (Indemnification). The User is responsible for complying with this Agreement and all applicable laws when using the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of any term of this Agreement; (b) your violation of any rights or interests of third parties in connection with your use of the Platform; or (c) any content you have posted on the Platform that is prohibited or unlawful, or any other use of the Platform by you that results in claims by third parties or penalties imposed by governmental authorities. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate with the Company and reimburse all reasonable expenses incurred in the course of defending such matter.
6.5. Jurisdictional Exceptions. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, some of the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you to the extent that they are expressly prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement affects any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract under the law of your jurisdiction.
7. Account Deletion and Termination
7.1. Account Deletion by the User. You may delete your account on the Platform at any time by using the appropriate function in your account settings (if available) or by contacting the Company’s support service. Upon confirmation of such deletion, your profile and personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy (except for information that the Company is permitted or required to retain under law or for purposes of enforcing this Agreement, for example, data about your actions related to content postings that is necessary for handling complaints). Please note that account deletion is irreversible – you will lose access to your profile, your content, and any other data associated with your account. User Content that you posted prior to deleting your account may persist on the Platform if it was previously saved or re-shared by other Users (for example, comments you made or messages you sent), or if its retention is required as part of the Platform’s archival systems.
7.2. Suspension or Removal by Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend the provision of services to a User (i.e., block the account) or to delete a User’s account unilaterally in the following cases: (a) the User’s violation of the terms of this Agreement (including the rules and restrictions set forth in Section 3); (b) receipt by the Company of an order from a competent government authority (for example, a court order) requiring the termination of the User’s access to the Platform or the removal of certain information; (c) detection by the Company of suspicious activity suggesting that the account has been compromised or is being used for fraudulent purposes; or (d) other circumstances under which, in the Company’s discretion, the User’s continued access to the Platform would pose a risk of violating the law, infringing the rights of others, or threatening the security of the Platform. Depending on the nature of the issue, an account block may be temporary (for example, for the duration of an investigation or until a violation is corrected) or permanent. If your account is blocked or deleted at the Company’s initiative, you may contact the support service to obtain information about the reason and, if applicable, to inquire about the possibility of restoring access.
7.3. Discontinuation of Platform Services. The Company has the right to discontinue the operation of the Platform as a whole or of certain services or features (for example, due to business reorganization, the service becoming no longer viable, force majeure events, etc.). In such an event, the Company will, if feasible, notify Users in advance by posting an appropriate announcement on the Platform or sending a notification to the User’s provided contact information. Following the discontinuation of the Platform’s operation, this Agreement will terminate in full, except for those provisions that by their nature are intended to survive (for example, provisions regarding liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and others).
7.4. Effects of Termination. In the event that a User’s account is deleted or blocked for any reason, this Agreement shall be deemed terminated with respect to that User as of the moment of deletion/blocking, except for the provisions that are intended by their nature to survive the termination of the Agreement. The User will lose the right to access the Platform, but any data retained by the Company about the User will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Account deletion or termination does not relieve the User from liability for any prior breaches of the Agreement and does not preclude the Company from pursuing the protection of its rights in accordance with the law.
8. Contact Information
If you have any questions, concerns, or comments regarding this Agreement or the Platform, please feel free to contact us by email at [email protected]. You may also send written correspondence to the Company’s mailing address provided at the beginning of this Agreement.

Services – the collective services, features, and functionalities provided to the User through the Company’s Platform. It is understood that access to the Services is provided “as is” according to the Platform’s functionality and at the scope determined by the Company.
AI Functions – components and features of the Platform that operate using artificial intelligence algorithms (for example, automated text or image generation, personalized recommendations, intelligent data analysis, etc.), designed to simplify, personalize, or enhance Users’ experience on the Platform.
Penalties – any fines, sanctions, damages, or other measures of liability imposed by competent authorities or arising under law as a result of a violation of this Agreement or applicable legislation.
Appendix 2: Complaint Handling Procedure
This procedure describes how Users and others can notify the Company about content posted on the Platform that they believe is unlawful or violates the Platform’s rules (hereinafter a “Complaint”), and how the Company handles such reports.
2.1. Submitting a Complaint. If you have discovered content on the Platform that you believe violates the law or the Platform’s rules (for example, content that defames you, infringes your intellectual property rights, or contains prohibited material), you can file a Complaint through the Platform’s provided tools (such as a “Report” button near the content) or, if such tools are not available, by sending a message to the Company’s email: [email protected]. Your Complaint should include as much detail as possible, including:
-
a link (URL) or other specific identification of the content in question (for example, a screenshot, and the date and time of posting, and the username of the person who posted the content);
-
a description of the nature of the violation and an explanation of why you believe the content is illegal or violates the Platform’s rules (citing specific provisions of this Agreement or legal statutes, if possible);
-
information about yourself and your contact details (name, email address, and/or phone number);
-
if you are the rights holder (for example, the owner of a copyright or trademark) or are acting on behalf of one – proof of your rights in the material you believe is infringed (for example, a reference to the original work or a trademark registration) and a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the rights holder;
-
any additional information that may help the Company quickly evaluate the issue (for example, supporting documents, a court order declaring the information unlawful, if available, etc.).
Complaints should be submitted in either Russian or English. Anonymous complaints, or complaints that do not contain sufficient information to identify the content or articulate the issue, may not be processed.
2.2. Acknowledgment and Review. Upon receiving a Complaint, the Company may acknowledge receipt (for example, by a reply email) and will initiate an investigation of the allegations stated in the complaint. The Company may ask the complainant for additional information or documentation if the information provided is insufficient to make a determination. At the same time, if necessary, the Company may take interim measures – for example, temporarily restrict access to the challenged content – for the duration of the review.
2.3. Actions Taken. Following the review of the complaint, the Company will take one of the following actions:
-
If it is determined that the disputed content does indeed violate this Agreement or the law, the Company will remove or block access to that content. Where appropriate, the Company may also impose sanctions on the User who posted the content (for example, issuing a warning or account suspension – see Sections 3.19 and 7.2 of the Agreement).
-
If it is not possible to conclusively determine that a violation has occurred, the Company may decline to fulfill the request in the complaint (for example, if the provided evidence is insufficient or the content does not appear to violate any clear rules). The complainant will be informed that the complaint has been denied or that additional information is required.
-
If the disputed content is found not to violate any rules or laws (in the Company’s assessment), the complaint will be dismissed, and the complainant may be notified that no action will be taken.
The Company strives to address complaints as promptly as reasonably possible (typically within 5 business days); however, the actual response time may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue and the completeness of the information provided.
2.4. Notification of Parties. If a complaint is upheld and content is removed or blocked, the Company will, where feasible, inform the User who posted the content that such action has been taken, provided that notifying the User is practicable and appropriate. An exception may be made in cases where notification is prohibited by law or where the content is manifestly illegal and notifying the offending User is not necessary. A User whose content has been removed as a result of a complaint has the right to contact the Company to dispute the decision and provide an explanation. The Company will review any such counter-arguments and will decide either to restore the content (if it determines there was a misunderstanding or finds compelling justification) or to keep the content removed.
2.5. Additional Remedies. This procedure does not limit your right to seek relief directly from governmental authorities or through legal proceedings (for example, by contacting the police or initiating a court action) to protect your rights. However, we recommend first using our Platform’s complaint procedure for a potentially faster resolution. The Company reviews all well-founded complaints in good faith and in accordance with the law, but it is not a judicial body and does not guarantee that every request of a complainant will be satisfied.
This Complaint Handling Procedure is part of the Agreement. Failure by Users to adhere to this procedure (for example, abuse of the complaint process or knowingly submitting false reports) may be considered a violation of this Agreement.
Appendix 3: Community Principles
The Flamezy Platform seeks to cultivate a friendly, safe, and constructive user community. In addition to the mandatory rules in Section 3 of this Agreement, the following key Community Principles are provided for all Users of Flamezy:
Respect for Others. Treat other community members with respect and courtesy. Insults, threats, harassment, or bullying are not permitted. Constructive criticism is welcome, but personal attacks and rude behavior are not.
Safety and Well-Being. Contribute to maintaining a safe environment on the Platform. Do not post content that could harm someone’s health or well-being, and do not encourage dangerous behavior. If you notice such material, please use the complaint procedure to alert our moderation team.
Authenticity and Honesty. Be genuine in your interactions. Do not impersonate others or mislead fellow users. Share accurate information and try to verify facts before publishing content. Do not spread content you know to be false (misinformation), especially if it could cause harm.
Constructive Communication. Maintain a positive and constructive tone when interacting with others. Sharing ideas, experiences, and creative content is encouraged. Avoid spamming, excessive advertising, or posts that do not contribute value to discussions. Strive to resolve conflicts peacefully and respectfully, or seek moderator assistance when necessary.
Privacy and Personal Boundaries. Respect the privacy of others and protect your own privacy. Do not post other people’s personal data without their consent. Use caution when sharing personal information about yourself. Remember that public posts on the Platform can be seen by a broad audience; only share content that you are comfortable making public.
Compliance with Laws and Rules. Follow applicable laws and the Platform’s rules. Do not engage in unlawful behavior or encourage others to break the law. Keep in mind that content that is prohibited by law (for example, extremist propaganda, child sexual abuse material, or incitement of violence) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate action.
Tolerance and Inclusivity. Appreciate the diversity of the community. The Platform is home to people of different cultures, ages, and perspectives. Be tolerant of differences and do not engage in hate or discrimination of any kind. Strive to ensure that every member feels safe and welcome.
Abiding by these principles will help make Flamezy a pleasant and useful space for everyone. The Company reserves the right to remind Users of these principles and, in cases of persistent disregard, to take appropriate measures in accordance with this Agreement.
Schedule 4. Flamezy Product-Specific Terms
This Schedule explains how the Terms of Use apply to Flamezy features.
The Platform may be accessed through flamezy.io, webview.flamezy.io, the deep-link domain app.flamezy.io and static.flamezy.io for legal documents. Multiple technical domains do not create multiple operators or separate user contracts: IBURGWALD LTD remains the operator.
4.1. AI-training and quality of participation
Flamezy is designed around user activity that may support training, validation, ranking, testing or improvement of AI models and recommendation systems. Good-faith participation, actual attention, meaningful interaction, accurate signals and no automation are essential conditions for reward-related features.
The Company may keep the technical parameters of AI-training quality assessment confidential to protect the Platform from circumvention. Automated signals and human review may be used where bots, emulator farms, fake engagement, low-quality responses, repeated patterns or other manipulation of training data are suspected.
4.2. Watch Goal, Rewards, Streak Bonus and Multiplier/Multiplyer
Watch Goal means a target amount or period of qualifying viewing or participation shown in the Platform interface. Rewards, Reward Boxes, Streak Bonus and Multiplier/Multiplyer are engagement mechanics and do not constitute guaranteed remuneration, employment wages, investment return or a promise of fixed benefit.
A new user may receive five reward-eligible minutes of paid or qualifying viewing per day for the first three days where this feature is enabled in the interface. Those minutes allow the user to test the AI-training mechanics and do not oblige the Company to maintain the promotion indefinitely or to provide it to users who violate the rules.
4.3. Marketplace and access to a specific AI model
The Marketplace may provide access to a virtual item or status that enables participation in the training of a specific AI model. While the access is active, the User may access relevant tasks, Watch Goal flows or qualifying sessions if the User complies with the Terms, technical requirements and anti-fraud rules.
Purchasing or unlocking access to AI model training does not guarantee income, market value, liquidity, a volume of Rewards, FLAME withdrawal or continued availability of any specific model. Access may be limited by duration, region, age, risk, rule violations, app-store requirements or technical reasons.
4.4. Distribution platforms, payments and digital functionality
Where Flamezy is distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another app marketplace, certain digital features, subscriptions, virtual goods or access items may be subject to that marketplace’s rules. The Company may adapt interfaces, payment flows and feature availability to comply with such rules.
Features involving external wallets, cryptoassets, token-linked actions, withdrawals or deposits may be unavailable in particular app versions, webviews or regions. Mention of a feature in the documents does not mean that the feature is available to every user in every interface.
4.5. Moderation, complaints and appeals
The complaint procedure also applies to reports concerning bad-faith AI-training behaviour, misleading earnings claims, fraudulent marketplace listings, fake support, unlawful links and reward manipulation. The Company may remove content, restrict features or suspend an account where a violation is confirmed or where temporary measures are required by risk.
A user who believes a decision was made in error may submit an appeal to [email protected]. The Company aims to use human oversight where a decision materially restricts access to an account, content, features or balances, but temporary restrictions may remain while the review is pending.
4.6. No guaranteed income and independent user status
Use of Flamezy does not make a User an employee, contractor, agent, partner, broker, investor participant or representative of the Company. Rewards are part of internal product mechanics and depend on Platform rules, technical availability, participation quality, compliance checks and applicable law.
Users must not publish or disseminate claims of guaranteed earnings, fixed yield, investment nature of FLAME, predictable token value or a Company obligation to ensure withdrawal. Such claims may violate the Terms and advertising rules.
